iPDMgo
This is a 2 year project funded by EiT Health starting January 2019. The project is a collaboration with Roche, DTU, Region Zealand and the Capital Region in Denmark.
The aim is to provide a digital platform and management system for diabetes patients. CHEP is in charge of developing the business model/economic governance framework for implementing this value based health care application.
